Celerion stands at a short but stout 5'5", having a decent amount of muscle mass with very little body hair. He wears the traditional armor with a red cape and on the chest a symbol of a dragon circling and biting its tail is present. He wraps his tail around whatever he wears, which is not too long but it is thick. He has a cleft chin as well as a firm but slender jaw. His skull is quite broad itself, but his ears do not stick out. On his chest, there is a scar where a rival hit him with a warhammer. When he isn't at important events or only on E-Arth, he just wears normal human clothes.

Intelligence: Celerion is actually quite intelligent despite his brutish persona, specializing it in combat in terms of tactics but not really any form of science or art. Celerion also has a vast vocabulary, whether he uses it or not to its full extent.

Personality: Celerion is a douche bag. He is rude, and quite frankly bashful of the weaker for the sake of it, mostly because he has found no use for those incapable of standing by his side as an outlaw. He has found that friends are expendable and too easily give away each other, but minions are beings of up most loyalty and do deserve respect. The ones he can call trustworthy are few, and as such allows him to give them a much higher level of respect. He is quite ruthless when it comes to his decisions over another's life or even a planet's. If it benefits him for it to die, the planet will die. If it benefits him to keep it alive, he will and vice versa. This applies to people, but he is less reluctant to eliminate those he deems either worthless or negatively effective.

Celerion does not see connection in family for his family has never shown him sentiment, which has muddied his image of love and affection. He only gives someone as much affection as he deems they deserve, which is natural but in his case it is never much affection. Celerion is also willing to manipulate people, so he could use a facade momentarily if need be to reach a goal but in the end he may end up usurping whoever he pretends to lead through death or execute whoever he manipulates in the end.

Fighting Instincts: Celerion has very sharp instincts in terms of when he feels it is right to begin an attack pre-combat status, as well as not wasting time in disabling whoever he attempts to execute or leaving them in a position where they are alive but cannot do anything. He will sacrifice others for the sake of himself, as well as utilizing the environment if need be against his foe (optimistically).

History

Family: The Vegetis family was known for their inventive ways of altering the natural Saiya-Jin abilities, having an ancestor who obtained the power of Super Saiya-Jin and altering it to create a unique form, Stardust Saiya-Jin but it has since not been achieved by the descendants of the Stardust Saiya-Jin, not even Celerion has achieved the power of it. The whole clan of Vegetis had eventually become outlaws trying to seek out the power their ancestor had achieved, even learning to utilize the art he built and implementing it into their own techniques and personal transformations...but none had ever achieved the pseudo-famous Stardust Saiya-Jin. It was rumored that the Saiya-Jin blood had been corrupted by another race, but the rumors were dismissed as each descendant has the same level of abilities the Hybrids do.

The Vegetis family had sacrificed their place in the Saiya-Jin society in order to find unorthodox ways to become a Super Saiyan, but eventually devolving into bandits with only a select few being chosen for experiments, Celerion being one of those experiments and being subject to genetic mutation to alter how he handles Ki. Celerion was one of ten to be subject to experimentation, the others experiencing mostly different alterations to their relationship with Ki, Celerion becoming a physical dominant being. The whole group of ten in the current generation at the time had experienced severely heightened power levels, as well as differences in mental growth and mental aspects. Celerion's brother, Kalen, had experienced a drastic mutation in which his body became abominable and his power was unstable...which had resulted in his brother being executed.

His cousin, Caulifor, had also experienced issues with stabilizing the power level, but it was eventually reduced to a point where Caulifor could be kept in a fixed environment...but even she was torn away with a swift, morality-deprived decision. Celerion began as bright and kind, but the mutation and dramatic decisions had scarred him into an asshole of sorts, a king of douchery. Eventually, as per the rules of the clan, Celerion had to create his own history outside of their outpost...and so he did.

Personal: Celerion was only 20 when his family decided to boot him from the Vegetis bandit outpost they kept in command of, his life beginning with petty space heists of the more massive, but less mobile space ships. He had gradually increased the severity of his crimes, going from heists on traveling civilians to militants of some planet or organization. Eventually, this allowed him to recruit a five people onto his crew, ready to dominate any ship that flew into his trap...but eventually he had been betrayed by them tragically, destroying his ability to trust a friend and now sticking to the inferior minions that followed blindly.

His crew had usurped his position as bandit leader, but did decide to leave him at the Vegetis outpost, thinking they would bestow upon him another ship to journey through space. The crew had stolen the plans to a heist from Celerion as well as everything needed, which provoked Celerion to share the information with a few of his distant cousins...persuading them to fly him to the target of the heist. Upon arrival, Celerion led the new crew to where an explosion would occur, quickly zooming away as they were engulfed in flames, waiting for the former crew to enter the room. As soon as they entered, he had closed the distance and decapitated the weakest two of the five. Following forward, he tossed two others into the fire and then used intimidation to make the remaining former crew member buckle and bow.

Gripping the head of the former crew member, he simply chuckled and crushed his skull; it wasn't anything personal anymore. He simply had to keep his reputation as a ruthless man, it wasn't an act of insanity or an act of vengeance...he simply needed to prevent the harming of his notoriety. Celerion went to use the ship provided by his dead cousins, flying deep into space and accidentally using a malfunctioning speed drive that launched him through space aimlessly, forcing him to crash land on a random, quite organic planet known as E-Arth. Celerion was confused by the odd name, but decided that until he could find another ship (as his was damaged in the crash) he would have to either dominate or integrate.

At first he was going to destroy what rested in his path, but decided to be more strategic about him dominating, eventually forcing an integration and spending five years on E-Arth (until present). In this time, he learned the trends and how E-Arth's cultures worked. But he's still an asshole.
